I would like to declare NuEdge Alliance as my primary GPO group.

Authorized Member hereby authorizes and designates NuEdge Alliance, LLC, a subsidiary of National Distribution & Contracting, Inc., a NDC Acquisition Corp. company, to act as a limited purchasing agent for Authorized Member to enter into contracts with third-party vendors to furnish goods or services to Authorized Member. Authorized Member authorizes NuEdge Alliance, LLC as its agent to negotiate and enter into agreements with vendors in order to make agreements available to Authorized Member. Authorized Member authorizes NuEdge Alliance, LLC as its limited agent to negotiate and enter into affiliation agreements with other NDC Acquisition Corp. group purchasing organizations (“Affiliate GPOs”) and to enroll Authorized Member in Affiliate GPOs in order to make their agreements available to Authorized Member. NuEdge Alliance, LLC agency under this agreement is limited to the purposes of (i) negotiating, entering into and managing Program agreements with third-party vendors and Affiliate GPOs; and (ii) collecting and retaining administrative fees that are paid under the third-party agreements.
